Interesting. I lost 40 kgs a few years ago within 6 months by changing my diet and going to the gym 4 / 6 times a week. But the diet bit is 70% of getting into shape.

I seen it already Chris. I am what they call Fester. I can eat and eat and eat when there is constant food supply!!!
Come on a long bike ride with me in India, I can guarantee you will loose weight, a lot of weight. There will definitely be times when you will swear you will never touch food again too!
I thought I was an emotional eater but quiz/test says I am a constant craver. The people who are good at maintaining their weight for their whole life are often the ones who tend to oversimplify the whole weight gain/loss thing when looking at others (MOO).
dinna worry about boots. . you da man, just assume that 99 % of what i say is jest, life is serious enough with out me adding to it. i cant help it, i see humor in just about every thing. :smile:
