In short no, but most parts (connectors etc.) can be bought separately. The loom is in three parts plus wiring for the headlamp and instruments. The rear section can be either for a biposto or a monoposto, so the looms are not truly identical throughout the range, there are other detail differences in terms of siting of fuses for certain items as well and also how many pins there are in the headstock connector and whether you have single or double injectors. The mono is longer and is needed if you have a mono subframe or want to fit one. The loom can be lengthened although it's quite a big job or you can re-site the ECU and weld in plates etc. to mount it further forward. A mono loom will fit a biposto by curling it round in a loop before connecting it to the ECU. Generally the looms are quite interchangeable as a whole item.
I'd like a new loom for my 998, I think I might remove it and get one made up... I paid a company about £700-ish for a new race loom for my GSXR engine which has lots of extra bits in and bits removed - looks tidy too. I might fit a different dash to the 998 so will wait until then.
There is also Ferret, been established a long time. He will come to you and make the new loom on-site. He is a very busy man as he is very good.
