Oh dear... Parked my 999 on the (gravel) drive last night for a few minutes (stupid me) came back to find bike on its LH side, stand having sunken in... Mirror had popped out and small hairline crack at mirror mount but inside the fairing is an alloy outrigger thing that bolts to the speedo mounting and secures both the mirrors and the top fairing - it's the silver article inside the top fairing in this picture ... Anyway the last 8 inches of it snapped off so I need a new one. But enough of my problems, I have searched this forum and seen a lot of recommendations for spare part vendors that specialise in lightweight or racing parts. Any recommendations on who to go to for standard parts like this? Thanks in advance!
Ah ha... worth looking at thanks Maybe it would be easier to see if I had these fairings... Funny that they still have the oil level inspection window in a transparent fairing...
