I think he was partially responsible for being rear ended He was approaching a crowded intersection far too quickly and appeared unaware of who was behind him prior to an emergency stop required due to poor observation on his part. Exactly the same criticism can be made of the Clio driver. Maybe that is normal in Russia ?
