Just Arrived, With My 6th And Oldest Duke

  1. Hi I have just got a ‘81 MHR, a bit of a whim, but I have always admired them.
    It has not been on the road for decades, the large cracks in the tyre sidewall confirm that.
    Its a Japanese bike, engine has run, but the bike needs to be awakened.
    Tyres ordered then o’haul brakes, carbs, clean tank, other stuff, and fire her up, my winter project.
    I am sure i will be tapping this forum for some who, what and hows.

    otherwise in my shed is a 955 Duke (ex 916 racey) and other non Dukes.

    and cant remember the exact length of a cut but if its pretty bad its a fail
