This is a real long shot - my Diavel has been in at ProTwins for a while. After a service and some other stuff it needed the fork seals replaced. Its a 2011 Diavel - the forks nd suspension were completely crap is standard form , so it has a Nitron rear and KTech cartridges in the forks. Despite only having done 4k miles since - one of the fork caps has seized. ProTwins have tried but can't resolve. The fork cap has gone back to K Tech, who say it is obsolete (well, they have the same caps but no longer that diameter) and can't/ won't help. Don't suppose on a million years anyone has a K eTech fork cap for a Gen Diavel? Not have the cap means the cartridge is FUBAR. Thanks
