Just a FYI, as of January 2026, motorcyclists on group A (not mopeds, A1 or restricted for A2 etc ) riding on roads outside cities will be required to wear an approved airbag gilet or jacket. No idea as of yet if it will be imposed on visiting riders but unlikely at the moment as foreign vehicles are already granted certain leeway on some road safety stuff particular to Spain.
