tell you what tho, if you read the dailymail and it's ilk you wouldn't be blamed for thinking it was that way already. there really is some bellends out there that just love to lap that stuff up. ;):Angelic::smileys:

  3. As someone has already posted, when in Rome, do as the Romans do. There are news stories every week where UK nationals forget when abroad on holiday or working that they are not in the liberal society we enjoy in the UK. Stupidity is often treated with what seems to us to be disproportionate punishment but is the same punishment a local would get for doing the same thing. Do you expect me to sympathise because I don't. It's similar to the fool who got stopped by the police with homemade wine in the boot of his car in a dry Muslim state. That wasn't an oversight, it was a deliberate illegal action. I'm going to put my soapbox away now and wait and see how many people I have upset. Andy

  4. Imagine he’ll be seeing a bit more than a horses penis if/when he finally gets banged up.

Sill boy. Nothing to do with having a sense of humour, he clearly knew he was going to offend the people he was living amongst.

Of a similar ilk to those who go to the middle east and then starting moaning when they get arrested for having a drink.

You only need to do a quick google search to see how erm, touchy they might get about certain things.
