Just got an ex trioptions 959 and it has this lap indicator on the screen. I've not ridden it yet, 1st time out tomorrow at Doninington and wondered what this lap indicator is and how it works ? Does it mean an inbuilt laptimer or is it just a headlight flasher one ?

Cheers Chrisw i now have a manual I didn't have before ! I was hoping I might have the GPS module installed but seems like it's just switched on for the headlamp flasher.
There is no GPS flashing/Static in the top left of screen nor DDA (DDA Isn't a must, the GPS is of course) so assume it's just the flasher.
If my memory serves me correct, it’s triggered by the high beam switch or something like that. it’s a manual thing
