  1. Bit of noise about this from a couple of riders. Intrigued if I'm just lucky as on over 10 Ducatis I have NEVER had one leak when the top and seal were on correctly

  2. Yep, wiping fluid off the brake cylinder fairly regularly, getting it seen to in October

  3. ;)

  4. dryer than camel's urethra

  5. I cant speak for DVT. but my twin spark's did.

  6. My twin sparks 2013 does as well and has since after the first few months of ownership.

Tried expensive Rizoma caps and it still does it, so just fitted a Brembo sock on it. Its only tiny specks but enough to be annoying.

  7. Just had my brembo reservoir bolts re-torqued (under Ducati dealer official non-recall 'adjustment'). The rubber grommet was cleaned, and grease applies to the underside of the cap and the cap bolts torqued up, per the technician. He mentioned too much fluid may be contributory. He also said he's seen quite a few ducatis with this problem. More annoyingly Ducati never do anything about this on going issue and leave it owners to make a fuss!

  8. My 2013 S does it. Really annoying. Weirdly, it seems intermittent.

  9. Plumbers PTFE tape is your friend.

Mine hasn't leaked....yet, but have had a few race bikes with same issue and a touch of PTFE tape around the thread solved it.

Give it a go, whats the worst that can happen?? :)

  10. Yep so does my 2012 S. Little beads of fluid form round the cap where it meets the reservoir. They then fling off onto the mirror arm. More annoying than anything else. But as MotoNiks post it doesn't happen all the time. Strange
