15" x 12" x 5" , 30 (ish) pockets of various sizes plus a zipped paperwork pocket. Heavy duty canvas (probably some sort of polyplastic). I bought it for track day tools but ended up using an old fashion canvas grip bag. Don't remember what I paid for it but looking on Amazon probably about £40. £27.50 including UK mainland postage.
