Its a bit of a family tradition that we ride with something adorned to our lids- call it a good luck charm if you like. My uncles green frog stuck to his lid has got him off a speeding ticket in the past I ride with a soft toy monkey suckered to the back of my lid facing the traffic behind; he's covered a few thousand miles and a number of track days. Post me a photo if you've got similar adornments to your gear and if I get enough I'll compile a photo-wall. (by the way I went through this post and replaced the word 'helmet' with lid, as it was reading all wrong!)
