Lidl currently have an electric impact wrench on offer at only £29.99. Just the job for loosening those mega tight 55mm nuts on the single sided swinging arm
I would rather have one with Makita on the side as AC told me to with much more talk - it says "maximum undoing talk = finm" on mine
320Nm is IMO a little on the low side if the nut is stubborn, 450Nm would be better but hey, for £30 it's worth a punt. Andy
That's what I thought. Especially if it is only going to used a couple of times a year to take the wheel out.
But it is more gadget than technical. And to be clear the technical section is to pose/answer technical questions.
I'm interested in the wrench. Doesn't say on the website what drive it is though, I presume it's 1/2" though, anyone know?
