Am I being Naive again or isn't it only too obvious that this would be the outcome? BBC News - Litvinenko inquest in doubt after evidence ruling To hold an inquest would be akin to further 'prodding of Russia with a stick' and we all know where that has led to if you happened to live there.
Trust me from history of my country you do not prod Russia with a stick or anything else for that matter. You either leave them be or invade full on kick ass and leave before they get mad. It is an odd country with odd citizens that will complain about Russia being this and that but at the same time very proud people that do not tolerate anyone else complaining about Russia. They go mad when that happens.
a recipe for disaster then, and easy pickings for the population to be manipulated...sadly the catholics got there first and did a few centuries of brain washing, then Stalin took advantage.... Britain is scared shitless of Russia, and if anyone thinks that 'we' will be seeking 'that justice be done' blah, blah, is truly naive...if Russia rolled its fat arse out of bed in our direction we'd all be flattened.
Possibly the most important witness (currently residing in Russia) scheduled to give evidence today suddenly changes his mind at the last minute - wow, I didn't see that one coming.
