Just purchased a tasty subwoofer & am hoping someone might be coming my way up the M40? Got let down last minute with a lift & thankfully the seller is laid back as we are both into AV-systems. The basics are the sub is a Jamo D7 34kg (Dimensions L x H x P: 492 x 591 x 444 mm) or a third the size of an fridge. I've just bombed it down & back to pay him & explain my predictament. Which he was genuinely understanding about agreeing I've got two weeks to move it, ...ducati members?? Fuel money at the ready!
That's all well and good but I've had expensive stuff go missing in transit before now. Even though it was scummy citylink which were treating there staff/drivers terribly I wouldn't want a grands worth of speaker sloshing about or tumbling to be told we can only offer you £250 back as its second hand. Anyhow I've got plenty of time.
