Has anyone any recommendations for a company in the southeast of uk for a company that does ndt? I have a pair of magnesium wheels I want checking over!
Steve Turner at TPCS near Devises is the only person I know with the experience. I’ve had Steve inspect and powder coat magnesium wheels, swing arm and triple clamp in the past. Andy
I’ve heard of them but would rather not have all the travelling back and forth. I have a company in my sights in Reigate that cover all and everything from aerospace to scientific stuff. Need to give them a call. my thing is that I like to do stuff myself so the zinc chromate prep and paint I will do myself. I have someone for the stripping so just looking for the testing. need to make a few calls.
We use Applus in Reigate for aircraft related NDT. I do not know if they would do small jobs such as this but you could give them a try?
Yes this the company I know of. I used to got there regularly many years ago delivering all sorts of stuff for a courier co.
