Morning All, Would anyone be able to recommend some good repacking material for the low mount termis? And does anyone know how much to get for both exhausts? I've read it's also a good idea to wrap in aluminium tape before putting back in the sleeves to add a bit more heat protection for the carbon? TIA.
A few years ago I had an ST4s and repacked the Termis with Accoustafil. It was very easy but it does expand with heat to fill the cavity so aluminium tape or foil might br difficult.
+1 for Acoustafil, an excellent product and easy to use. IMO, I would not wrap the fibre fill in aluminium foil. If you think you need additional heat mitigation, use the adhesive backed foil and stick it to the inside surface of the can, after you have cleaned the surface. Andy
