Hi, The MAF sensor needs replacing on my Multistrada. I have no idea what the MAF sensor is other than Ducati Dublin want to charge €210 plus labour. Where is the MAF sensor and could a fella chance replacing it himself? TIA!

This is a MAF, the reason it costs so much to fit is you have to remove the petrol tank to get at it. A DIY job if you have the patience, no special tools required. Not sure how much Dealer input is required to clear the fault so the new MAF is seen by the ecu. Andy
