I saw that article, makes you wonder what % of the lines are accurate ? Be nice to think that the police would be the ones to check all the lines to ensure nobody was being convicted of anything incorrectly but they are probably too busy for that.

Two tyres and a petrol\diesel mix to get it going. Be sensible people don't mix crossplys with radials or use biodiesel.
I had some dealings with the company that makes the gatzo housings, they are designed to take the heat from a tyre fire without damaging the camera inside. It will stop it from taking any more photos but any data on will be safe...
Hinged Cutters™ - Reed Manufacturing - Pipe Tools & Vises Takes the top clean off... ( or so I am told... )
They normally have a square tube to prevent this exact attack... Here are some of my toys (never used in illegal activities as I don't steal....the government hates competition). Concrete Chainsaw (max. cut 400mm) Plasma cutter (up to 85mm)
Funny that they make that claim...I've seen loads burnt out, but never heard of a successful prosecution, which would lead one would think that may be they aren't as good as you advertised. Further I thought that the majority (in London) are on wireless or wired networks, so no local data stored or at least needs to be.
Maybe someone should get out there and White spray paint a few more lines inbetween at different spacing hehe
