The mission for today was to match new luggage lock barrels with my bike's key. A bit of a fiddly job but took about 30mins for the first barrell and works beautifully the only tools required were a flat head screwdriver, small hammer and a G-clamp.
Thanks for the video but that's not what I did - I changed the internals of the new lock barrels such that they would fit my old (as in fuel tank and seat lock) key. This is because I bought a set of 3 lock barrels that came with their own key and I didn't want to have to use two keys - one for the fuel tank and one for the luggage
