899 Mct Rear Shock Rebuild Settings

  1. anyone point me in right direction please

Just got bike back with MCT rebuild to rear

Comfort / road setting needed if you ca help - or are they as original book!

  2. MCT gave me a booklet with mine and it works great on road

I'm pretty sure the settings are as per the owners booklet

On track I went 2 clicks stiffer on rebound and 1/2 turn on compression and it worked great. Used owners manual track settings for front but slowed rebound more and worked better

  3. Yeah. Settings as per the manual but the shock just works properly now, I put 1 turn into the compression damping for track and could immediately feel the difference. It was never like that before the rebuidk

  4. Cheers hope its dry tomorrow!

  5. Be warned, if u back the compression off too much the shock feels harsh again so keep it in that sweet spot of the standard road settings +/- 0.5 turns I find best
