https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-47403951 Just listening to victims being interviewed - a whole conspiracy involving Jackson's family, his staff, kid's parents and his lawyers - another who got away?
It would appear from BBC reportage over the years that only dead people can be pedophiles. If still alive, on very rare occasions, the person is said to have "engaged in sexual activity with a minor". Once dead though, they progress to "pedophilia". Thank Goat we have the BBC to keep us straight on such matters.
I'd be very careful with the title of this thread. Unless youre minted wroughty and have a good lawyer. Maybe an 'alleged' should be added. Good luck.
The dead cannot be defamed, last I heard, so legally there should be no problem with the thread title. Feelings though ... feelings are real and somewhere, someone's might get hurt. Which would be terrible, obviously.
Agree 100%, I think it was while on this Forum that the Rolf Harris legal team responded after I started a similar thread.
