Might be of interest to someone. 20V impact driver. https://www.lidl.co.uk/p/diy-projects/parkside-20v-cordless-vehicle-impact-wrench/p50353 its not Snap on but after having bought the Parkside plasma cutter a few weeks ago I can vouch that for general DIY use that holds up well.
Thanks for posting, Already have a Clarke mains powered impact wrench but as I've since moved and at least have a garage (albeit without mains power) so a cordless one would be handy. Cheltenham didn't have any left but I was in Gloucester for work on Monday and picked one up from there.
I bought the corded Lidl one over a year ago. Never used it, but hoping it does the job to undo my Pani rear wheel nut.
Really? I can't be doing with all this charging faff. Plus the increased weight of the tools totally negates the advantage of being cordless -though they normally run out of power before I get tired of holding them!
it's a personal thing but had enough of "chasing" car and bike batteries over the years to get on that treadmill. If it was "one powerpack fits all" then would appeal and no-brainer for a lot of obscure, on site professional work.
Wandering around Aldi (Lidls cousin) and spotted Li Ion, small & cordless screwdrivers, drills14v/ 48nm, impact drivers, angle grinders and other toys. I have most of these tools already, but the drill was a must have for wood work projects at just £24. Worth having a look.
