Hi all, Happy Mothers day to all mothers on here but, Is it ok to wash and polish the bike today....being mothers day n that? Or is it safer to wait till tomorrow? Anth
I've been told to get from under her feet, bike cleaned van next, then if the weather holds a run up to Darley Moor.
Where you the devils spawn my dear?? It depends ... If the mother us the mrs .. Hmm ., tread careful .... Maybe do all the nice stuff then clean bike.. If the mother is your mother .. And you are going to see her by bike . If I turned up with a dirty bike I'd get told off !! Wonder what men like on fathers day ?? Peace and quiet ?? Pint down pub ?? Jelly and ice cream!! I shall ring my mum later I sent her a big load of flowers .. If my stupid eyes where ok I'd have gone down but il nip down when I'm better .
I think the golden rule with any lady is Never ever buy half dead garage flowers! Mind you the best thing I ever got as a token if affection ... I stopped to get some petrol and thought if you and brought you ..... A chunky peanut butter kitkat !! It was the thought that counted I Spose .. Should have framed it .. Now days I have to buy myself flowers and stuff lol!! I'd be most impressed if someone gave me a daisy !!! With my Mums flowers I have to say none if those .. Also on a sadder side and more serious don't forget some of our mums are no longer here so thoughts and hugs to those thinking if and missing their Mums today x
