Just thought I'd share my experience using this stuff - https://www.motul.com/gb/en/products/e9-wash-wax-spray Just after every ride I spray some on a cloth (not the bike as I don't want overspray contaminating the pads and/or discs) and then wipe/rub off bugs and muck - they normally come right off. Then polish off with a cleaner cloth. For stubborn bugs it might need another treatment of spray. I've used it on the screen without any issues. MotoRapido in Winchester sell it, but other resellers are available
