Mounting Disc On Wheel Help

  1. This may seem a bit anal!

The bolt holes on the discs are slightly larger than the bolts (8mm), so when mounting the discs on the wheel should i align the disc so the bolt is central within the hole or rotate the disc to take up the slack? i.e. rotate the disc in the direction it will be forced when braking. Or does it not matter!

  2. I would do the latter.

  3. It does not really matter as the rotation of the disc will always be circular within the rotational tolerance of the disc surface. Important to make sure the mating face is clean and it is centred as best as you can. Use thread locker on the screws
