What do you think is the average MPG for a scrambler with an elderly rider. Had a squeaky bum time this morning with the reserve light coming on when I was well off the main road. Eventually did 15 miles on reserve and I am not sure how long reserve would last. Thanks.
I would say that with the 13 litre tank you’d be looking at 100 miles from it. The light coming on should give you 15 miles comfortably.
May I make a suggestion? If you are anxious, open the filler cap and look inside whilst rocking the bike from side to side. If you can't see any petrol swilling about, you're empty - but if you can, you've got a bit left.
