For sale... £80 including postage to the UK... I lost weight so now they are too "heavy" for my weight (I'm 80kg)... I was down to minimum preload. If you are a heavier rider, or you do a lot of 2-up riding, these will be ideal. David
I would imagine so, but the dealer did it because I fitted the rear spring at the same time. I swapped back when I had the fork shims done, as the tech said it would take "seconds" once the tops were off. I'd guess usual rules though...do one at a time! ;-)
Turns out they are very straightforward to fit, as long as you can loosen and undo the silver "cap" on the fork tops (the one with the "holes" in it)
Yes.... I have a 2010 S Touring... Complete with electronic Öhlins suspension. I had no problems whatsoever...I only took them off because I have lost weight and they were too stiff for me, even on minimum preload.
