Ducati Multistrada 1200s tourer

Hi there. I have recently discovered that the red key given to me with bike is the wrong one. Bike didn't recognise it and it won't work in any lock. The dealer has said he will cover costs. Do I just buy a red key and get it cut and coded? Is it a Ducati dealer job? Thanks

It's a dealer job. They require all the keys will reprogram them. You may have to get it cut though.
