I give up. I'm a cack handed moron when it comes to fettling stuff and I have had enough of trying to fit this lovely bit of carbon (nice match for DP matt carbon). I got it from Italy and then ordered the rubber 'pocket' from Ducati so didn't have to butcher the original one (that I have now refitted on my V4PP with the plastic OEM cover). However, the rubber pocket thing is just a tiny bit too large so I can't get a good fit. Sure that someone more 'hands on' will have no problem (just don't share lots of pics of it fitted to rub salt into my 'white collar' wounds).
