On resurrecting my Multistrada 1200, I’ve finally reached the “full service” landmark, where I’ll do the belts, clearances and fluids. Stymied at stage 1: removal of spark plugs. Probably due to its being stood idle for two years, when I removed the coil sticks, the rubber seals have been left stuck down the spark plug bores. I’ve managed to mangle one enough to extract it via various picks, long-nose pliers etc and am looking forward to attempting the same on the other one. Q: is there a source for a replacement rubber seal? I really don’t want to lay out for two new coil packs
Gonna use a long screw to try to extract the horizontal cylinder one. Still hoping someone has a idea of a source
