  1. So, been updating my website this evening www.grass2glass.co.uk

I'm by no means a web expert, so looking for some constructive comments good or bad.....

    Your thoughts ladles and gentlemen?

  2. Very posh - you don't like capital letters on some pages, is that trendy :Nailbiting:

  3. I couldn't find any indication of which areas you cover. I had to google 01273 to discover you're in Brighton

  4. Good call, I was bamboozled by the pretty green stuff and missed that!

  5. I like the design, could do with a bit of a drop shadow on the G&G header to give it some contrast as it gets lost a bit on some pages, your images could do with naming/text rather than an img_

  6. Nice. For me, a Couple of instant things.
    - can't read your company name as the letters don't stand off the leafy background
    - use caps where they should be (some you do, some you don't, needs consistency)
    - no location / areas covered
    - contact us doesn't contain an email address but some pages do

Only clicked a couple of pages using iPhone and seems well mobile-enabled.

    HTH :)

  7. Initial reaction is the background is a too fussy and not keen on it being animated. Your company name lost in translation.

  8. Fencing section there's a random 'e' after children.

Window cleaning section starts with 'fom'.

You don't say what treatment patios and driveways get.

'As the water is pure it dries without leaving any marks' - not sure 'pure' is appropriate unless you're using distilled water? If so then rock on!

The van pic is good but I reckon some of the driveway cleaning ones in your gallery might have a better front page impact.

Clicking on 'glass' I see water on glass, click on 'grass' and I see a pine forest with a needle floor covering.... looks lovely though!

Getting picky now but not all lawns are for families to enjoy, don't want to alienate the rich spinsters who like a nice pinstriped lawn.

Looks good generally though, nice and clear, on service detail pages plenty of scope to increase font size for both titles and body.

  9. Wow, thank you all very much, just what i needed, in my defence i was feeling shit
i will, once I'm better get to work on the mistakes.
    cheers all

    Greg

  10. I would add capital letterS but then I am over 50 so ... If your English is weak like mine, get it proof read

    Really good looking website

  11. The paragraph on the front page should be aligned both sides.
