I was in the bike garage the other day and they had a 14 plate 1199 Panigale that had a few bumps and cracks - I asked them what had happened and both the guys started laughing.. apparently the owner had filled it with diesel, got a bit angry at him self and decided to pick the bike up and flip it upside down to try and get the fuel out then of course dropping it... what a fucking idiot He lives in the Oxford area so if you know any bike shops around there it might be there...I did ask him to get a photo...I don't know how someone could have access to the funds to buy something like that then in turn be such a twat.
I was torn between rating that funny or face palm, how do people with the brains to earn the coin to buy stunningly expensive toys fail at such basic tasks, and then think "I know, I will turn it over and tip the flammable mixed fuel all over the floor. So much better than calling someone to syphon it out"
Well, he just mailed me back...says he's going back down the shop later and will get a pic if its still there....
