After treating myself to a set of Ducati performance indicators, I had an enjoyable hour fitting them. They look awesome but now the fun starts. Turned on ignition and R/H side works fine but the left hand side front indicator is not flashing and rear are quicker than front. Even more interesting the brake light is on as if lever is pressed. Am going to dig deep tomorrow but any advise is appreciated. Thanks
The only thing that changes when the engine is running is the system voltage which will rise from around 12.5v to about 14v. I can't see why that would change the flasher operation though. Only thing I can see is that both the rear indicators and the brake light are driven from the BBS. When I had my 1200 Multi I fitted DP LED indicators and had no problems. I subsequently fitted them to my Supersport 939 and no problems there either.
