Neighbours From Hell Have Struck Again

  1. Visiting my son at present but it hasn’t stopped the neighbours from hell striking once more.. had a phone call from police to say neighbour had reported me for having security cameras in my garden that he considers might be observing his 5 year old child bouncing on her trampoline. The child doesn’t live with him she visits a few hours every 2 weeks or so.. the trampoline is approx 10 ft high and he’s installed it right up against the fence between us.. he’s claiming the camera angle could be filming his child over the 6 foot fence.. Frankly I’m bored with the prick but I’ve again to bow to his needs or risk being charged..
My thoughts are .. if he or his child can bounce above the height of a six ft fence surely he can be peering in my property or garden and I may have children of friends visiting?

Sorry I’m having to post this just to share the stress he’s causing for if I keep this to myself I might rapidly go off the rails.. I’m trying to be the bigger man etc.. x

  5. Have considered just knocking the prick out?
You'll be let off with a warning,....unless you're frequently in scraps, then you might not.

  10. If she is standing on a 10 foot high trampoline, she wouldnt need to bounce to see over a 6 foot fence.

  11. All you can see is the three feet or so of seldom used trampoline which peers over the fence, nothing else at all... x

  12. But it does has a view over his garden.
Go and adjust it so it doesn't.

  13. Luv it ... making him the filling in the bab..

Tbh I couldn’t believe what the policeman was possibly accusing me of, they know I was abused, they know we had a phido in our family striking more than once.. when you consider it took myself and CID to get that sicko 8 yrs in nick do they really believe I could be a danger to kids.. ? The only danger I might be is to a 28 yr old saddo who acts like a child and happens to live next door.. x

  14. The sides of it are ten foot high... the ironic thing is I’ve seen her bounce higher than fence height and waved at me. I feel sorry for her having a dick for her father.. let’s hope her step Father is way way better for her... x

  15. The only thing I can see of his garden from it is not garden at all but 3 ft of trampoline and sky! X

Looks like he isnt accusing, mearly pointing out what the cameras might be doing and you have confirmed his suspicions. Go and redrict the cameras.

  18. Send the police an email with the footage of said camera so they can see

I know you can send it as my friend sent me a short recording of theirs so I could see how they worked

  19. My neighbour has cameras
He asked me to come and have a look to see that they were only viewing his back garden which they do
Anything more I think you have to have a cctv licence if you can see more than your property
