Picked up my new monster last week and very pleased. Compared to a sports bike its just so much less hassle to just jump on and ride. Me and Mrs T went out for dinner last night and I even managed to get her on the back of the monster and she has never been on a bike before!!!!!
Hi Simon, I was trawling through the threads looking for 821 info and I came across your's. I took delivery of my 821 Stripe in Dec last year and totally agree, it's a great bike, full of torque and just fun to ride. I fitted the Termignoni exhausts, the tail tidy and the alarm/immobiliser. The Termi's enhance that Ducati burble immensely, if you haven't fitted then, I'd recommend them. John.
