I have noticed recently that the Garmin XT is out of stock in a lot of the big electrical chains & the device is being discounted a lot, the cheapest I’ve seen is £321….. normal practice would be to discount an outgoing model to clear stock ready for the release of a new model, could there possibly be a updated/refreshed version of the XT on the horizon??
Bit early considering winter is a fair way off. Garmin have huge family of kit, its a great platform to support imho.
I agree, it took Garmin some time to bring out the XT, so I'd be amazed if there was a replacement on the horizon. It's probably more due to the worldwide semi conductor chip shortage.
