After a long run of Ducati's, I took a break and bought a S100XR, Gt550 and currently a Norton Commando 961. I want to go to WDW next year ( previously went in 2022 on a 950 MTS that killed my arse ) but could not think of a current Ducati I wanted that I have not already had. So I have just bought a 2006 ST3 with 16k miles, on paper this looks like the ideal bike for the job. Its coming with new MOT and Belt service from Private buyer, service being done at a shop. Being as its a 19 year old bike what would be best advice to renew as a precaution before doing this trip to Italy please, I understand that vibration does cause rectifier issue's, so maybe that's a start ! Arrives Monday and intrigued to see how it rides, having never been on one before.
