New To The Forum And Looking For Advice

  1. Many thanks for allowing me to join the Forum.
    I have a 1994 600SS which I have owned since 1997. Has done 20,405 miles.

I am looking for some advice. The bike has been stored for a long time. It is in good cosmetic condition, starts and runs but will need some work doing (valves and valve seals).
I had hoped that I'd be able to ride again, one day. Sadly, I have come to the conclusion that the bike has to go.

My query is; Should I sell it as a "project" that needs work or would I be better off getting the work done, getting it MOT'd, then selling it?

  2. Personally I'd get the work done and sell it.
