916 is a 916. Pure art. No comparisons. My all time favourite. Others come and go, faster, more powerful etc etc. But this is a motorcycle as art. Other opinions are available, wrong but available Engineering art exists when nothing can be added or subtracted. Even sexier than a row of multi coloured two wheel flip top bins
Completely agree! Ducati 916 was a game changer on sport motorcycle design and performance. I perfectly remind the terrific impression this bike cause on me on the 90´s motorcycle community and industry. In fact 26 years later its design is not only perfectly valid and modern but it keeps influencing not only Ducati on its wonderful Panigales but also many other builders.
