From what I can gather from that 2016 premier, no revisions for next years multi Dvt then ? ...or did I miss something ?
They will revise it but not until 2017 model, but I hope they revise the dash on the dvt enduro because the screen will not last 5 mins and disappointed that no quickshifter will be fitted to the pp, they missing the boat .
They have fitted a hill star assist to the enduro I believe. Can't see why that isn't an upgrade but I reckon it will be next year with quick shifter?
I'd love a gallon more in the 2017 DVT model. They've shown they can do it. It would make a big difference for me. Quickshifter would be nice but not a game changer. Although I have to agree that they are more marketing now rather than actual engineering.
More marketing that engineering. I'd tend to agree if we were talking about the scrambler. But we are talking about th dvt!
I have a 2016 1200 DVT S Touring and it is identical to the 2015, except that the panels on the cases are body matched instead of grey. It had the resetting trip meters, 2nd gear hesitation, and rev C fuel level sensor (which failed at 1k miles) just like a 2015. It wasn't affected by the side stand recall, however.
ducati is always slow with these things many years they didn't put cruise control to the multi. now everyone else putting quick shifter but ducati multi doesn't have it. when they will learn ? well i am waiting for KTM 1290 Duke GT, it has got cruise control , cornering lights, cornering abs, quick shifter, active suspension all sorts of things. i have a DVT multi now its a great bike but still there is some annoying things on it. two up with pillion and with bags its difficult for pillion. the design is bad. the bags pushing the pillions legs to the front.
Really? You'd just change from your DVT for primarily the quickshifter. The dealers must love you! It also suggests that the DVT has not won you over; did you have an earlier Multi? I can't remember people having pillion issues with the paniers. I have no idea as solo only for me Anyway, why not just get a quickshifter fitted, as posted elsewhere on the forum.
I think the big? is? Are they going to put the 1250 DVT Engine in the next M/S with more low end torque I hope it has Q/S I hope it has Tyre Pressure info as standard I hope the engine mode changes are on the fly, and not close the throttle etc. I would love it to have a Alloy Side stand and not the naff black tube one Bigger tank if possible, not the end of the world though. (do not see that happening though, or it is called ENDURO) Do not make it any taller seat height wise, but put a better shaped seat on it. Would love spoke wheels HOPE U READING THIS MR. DUCATI
