Can I ask why you are going back to the Ducati. I have a 2011 Blade and a 999s and the Blade is such a good bike, maybe too good or is that the reason !
I don’t know really. The Blade is lovely and I like riding it and looking at it. It’s very accessible and flatters a rider’s ability massively. I’ll miss it maybe even, but I miss my yellow 749s a lot and so I think a yellow 999s will be slower and more hassle than the blade but a more rewarding ownership experience. I love my silly Italian bikes and this one belonged to @yellowducmaniac so I have a good handle on where it’s been. Seems like the right thing to do I guess. Want some fancy bits for your Blade?
I know what you mean. The Blade is such a user friendly bike and just so easy to ride when you aren’t really in the mood etc. Thanks but my bike has all the HRC bits and bobs already !
I should really push this thread and a bit harder... Rear bobbins now fitted to my R1, and couldn’t be bothered removing the rad guard.
