Nordvpn?

  1. For reasons that I can't understand, NordVPN are trying to get their teeth into my wallet big time. I don't get it! As I have no compelling desire to pretend to be in a different country in order to access "entertainment" and I can't even keep up with Netflix and Amazon Prime stuff available for me in the UK, so what am I not understanding?

Everything at mine goes through Plusnet and still will if I sign up to the latest "once In a lifetime offer" so what is the point of it?

Anyone else spending £10 per month being anonymous?

  2. Have used it when in France to get UK TV but a friend has built me a little box that now feeds to my home ISP address so the firestick thinks I am at home when I am out here. Genius.

  3. No I use a free one that works fine just so I can get past the nanny state treating me like a child with their new law.

  4. Proton does have a free VPN, should you be so inclined. Their paid version allows P2P sharing, should you be fed up with paying 20 different streaming services, and rather sail the high seas.

  5. ok, I get it, if you are British but not currently living in the UK. You can get British content that may may be available outside the UK. Does BBC iPlayer and ITVx do this shit and I get that. Maybe they think that I am not British, so need to get content from some other country. And also they do not realise how boring I am!

  6. protonmail / VPN and other stuff.
