  1. so as I missed out 2 weeks ago , I am determined to try again, anyone up for a leisurely lunch somewhere in the snowdonia national park? New tyre day tomorrow, so Sunday looks like a nice day to try them out!

  2. Have the kids this weekend otherwise would be tempted. Have a good day.

  5. Just spoke to my lad and he seems positive he'll get to Barmouth, so, we'll probably get there around 1.30 to 2 ish. Dinner and a crafty shandy in The Last Inn I suppose. We'll probably stop at Bala first for a coffee as well...

What times you looking at ??

  6. Never been in Barmouth , but my rough route comes very near, not to far from Dolgellau by the looks of it, is it worth the diversion? Timing is difficult, never done this circuit before, but lunch at 1.30 looks doable, is the last inn right on the sea front?

  7. Well, Barmouth is approx. 10 miles from Dolgellau I think. It is on the seafront, and generally a good meeting place on a Sunday for Bikers. There are various cafes on the harbour, and the bikes generally park up there. However, when we go, we usually park directly outside The Last Inn.

  9. Hey Frank, good to meet up with you as well today, and glad you got home safely. Your bike looks mint, I deffo have a soft spot for streetfighters and yours was a real nice one with the goodies on.

Unfortunately my lads Prilla broke down on the way home and we had to van it home from Wrexham. I want him to get shut but he loves the thing. 2 Stroke reliability eh, hes just had a new bottom end and bearings, now it sounds like the piston may be goosed.

Just spoke with Phil, my mate on the Diavel, and he's up for a scoot again on Sunday weather permitting, so we'll see how that goes. No 125cc anchor this time !!

  10. Ai, that’s a shame, I hope you where not to far from home when it happened, yes it was a great day, and Barmouth was a good suggestion to ad to my route, lunch and ice cream was cracking too, you can’t beat it on a sunny day like today, I wouldn’t mind a diavel in the garage too lol, lovely bike, and even louder as mine, which doesn’t happen very often lol
