you went a long way to not go to the North Cape, and in June too when you would have got the midnight sun.
I did consider it and have been up to Nordkapp previously but wanted to take my time going around the Western fjords. It always seems to be tricky getting that balance between miles a day and a holiday right but it all worked out and gave me enough time to see the sights I wanted. I do fancy heading up to the Lofoten islands there's always next year!

Great write up! Welcome to the forum. The Norwegian scenery sounds amazing, and you were very lucky with the weather. I do love reading about other people's travels, as well as writing about my own. I called my 2016 World Ducati Week trip "Europe by cake", whereas yours was Norway by hotdog!
