Obdstar Readings Help - V4s Panigale 2018 No Start

  1. Hey everyone,

    I’m troubleshooting a no-start issue on my 2018 Ducati Panigale V4S and using the OBDStar iScan Ducati to gather data. I’d really appreciate it if anyone with the same bike (or a similar model) could share their readings while cranking and compare them to mine.

    Long story shot, the bike has been intermittent for a while now, and it’s finally stopped working altogether the other day.
    I recently checked for spark, no spark but I can activate spark via obdstar.
    Ive checked all fuses and relays, all good. I've replaced the battery with a new one.

    I have a lot of data, and obviously access to an Obdstar, so if there is anything you guys think I need to include, please let me know! - Happy to pay for peoples time if need be, kind of want to try and get this done myself but this is eating at my mental health now.

    Here’s what I’m seeing:

    • ENG RPM while cranking: ~236-500 RPM
    • Injection Mode: Disabled
    • Ignition Mode: “When PHS”

    • Mean Intake Manifold Pressure (MAP1): 1024 (Key On), drops to 848 briefly, then up to 1058 while cranking

    • Target MAF while cranking: 259

    • Actual MAF values per cylinder:

    • Cylinder 1: 155
    • Cylinder 2: 162
    • Cylinder 3: 153
    • Cylinder 4: 165


    • TPS Rear Bank Track 1: 4.5V

    • TPS Front Bank Track 1: ~0.48V

    • APS (Throttle Opening): 0%

    • Battery voltage: 13 when off, 12.9 key on, 10.9V while cranking

    • Synchronization Flag: Not Synchronized

    The bike has:

    • New OEM Crankshaft Position Sensor (CPS) (tested wiring, within spec)

    • MAP sensor 1 (swapped with another MAP to test, same issue)

    • Fuel pump primes, injectors click, and OBDStar ignition coil test confirms spark, but NO SPARK while cranking.

    Looking for Help:

    1. Can anyone with OBDStar check their Synchronization Flag while cranking?
    2. Do my TPS values seem normal on a V4 fly-by-wire system?
    3. What’s your ENG RPM range while cranking?
    4. Has anyone seen “Ignition Mode: When PHS” and “Injection Mode: Disabled” before?

    Any input is appreciated! Just trying to gather more reference data to track down what’s going on. Thanks in advance!
