1200 DVT Odd Bluetooth Behaviour

Discussion in 'Multistrada' started by TaskMule, Jul 27, 2016.

  1. Decided I wanted to see an incoming call or message while on tour. Last week turned on my Galaxy S5 beside the bike, enabled bluetooth and it was recognized and paired quickly. A few days later it asked me for an id number, entered 0000. It's never been able to connect again. I've unpaired and removed everything from both phone and bike. Now it won't see it in the scan at all.

  2. this might help Tips

  3. Thx bolds but that shows how it works when everything works.
I have tried three other bluetooth devices and the Multistrada won't see any of them

  4. It hasn't driven you into a tree & your vehicle allowed too burn for over four hours. Whilst the fire-brigade stand & watch with orders not to extinguish. Like what happened to Micheal Hastings in usa_naziland,...an investigatory reporter who blew the americunt government apart for wrong-doing!?!

  5. well on that disturbing note, I no longer need replys to my question

  6. What was the solution?

  7. I didn't bother with the bluetooth hub on the Multistrada for a recent tour with my wife, in fact we ended up with our ipods directly wired to our bluetooth helmet systems as the Sena SM10 hasn't been that reliable of late with both of us connected. I tried to connect the phone to Multistrada yesterday and every pairing attempted came up refused on the phone. Unfortunately there is a lot less space under the DVT pillion seat so there's no way I could revert to an old Autocom unit I have in the garage. Shame as that was very good.

  8. the solution for me is to not use the motorcycle as a hub. My bluetooth devices work very well together

  9. SENA S20 works sweet for me , also didn't like the bike connection , not as good
