On Any Sunday, The Next Chapter. New Motorbike Film.

  1. This looks like it's going to be an epic film. The original On Any Sunday was by Bruce Brown of Endless Summer fame for anyone who surfs. This new one is done by his son.

  2. I saw the original On Any Sunday when it was first released. It was a rather miscellaneous collection of vignettes of various different kinds of activities in the American motorbike scene. Lots of great shots and interesting bikes. Lots of earnest, enthusiastic, rather humourless commentary in the American style. Nothing resembling a plot or theme, haphazard editing. A useful introduction to bikes for non-motorcyclists. Overall: worth seeing, but slightly disappointing.

  4. I saw it years ago and that's exactly how I 'vaguely' remember it too :upyeah:

  5. The new one looks good

  6. Was it the original one that mentioned Steve McQueen had entered into a beach or motocross race between filming?

  10. The trailer looks good :) There were actually 3 'On Any Sundays' already (that I know of). The original, plus two 'revisited' type follow-ups using unseen footage and so on.
