Bought a Cardo Packtalk slim less than 2 months ago. Only used it twice. Went to use it on Friday to find it won’t turn on. Assumed the battery was flat but after leaving on charge overnight it still won’t switch on. Tried connecting to the laptop but still won’t turn on or even communicate with the laptop. I contacted Cardo and they questioned if I was operating correctly. I replied but have not heard back from them being the weekend. Anyone else had problems??
I had to replace the battery in one of mine outside of warranty. Not a hard job at all, just soldered and heatshrunk the two wires and still going fine about a year later.
