I may just do that. '06 999S. Reg. :- K55.... something or other. Probably with a gang of classic bike 'boys' and heading for the kiosk at the far west end for one of their pasties. Alan
Cheers Alan - I will look out for you there. Never willingly miss an opportunity for a Pastie! 03 999S Reg:- CX---
Did you go Alan? I had to leave earlier than planned as my head-light packed in! I saw a 999 at the western end on my way out - was it you?
Yes I went and it could well have been me parked up on the right hand side . I spotted your bike. There were a some 749/999s there last night and didn't see anything older like 916s etc. Maybe I didn't look hard enough but I did wonder if owners of the old style Ducatis tend to leave them home in the garage and come on more modern stuff. The Aquila boys were notably in attendance last night. Sorry to hear about your headlight, I suffered a tail light failure and a mate followed me back to Plymouth to keep cars/cops off, not that they would have been able to keep up. I had a crap time riding the back roads through to the A38 at Marley Head. Couldn't see the corners too well in the dark and the bike doesn't turn too quickly so messed up more than my fair share of corners. Kept it out of the hedges tho'.
Next Wednesday evening Pablo, in fact all Wed. evenings this month and the last one for this year is the 26th Sep. I'm in France next Wed.
I will do 19th too  could meet at Sainsburys Torquay and ride in together along the seafront if you like?
Hey Jimmy I may well pop along if the weather isn't too pants as I am due to be working at home on the 19th so I could head on down from Taunton as early as I like and make a nice trip of it along the coast maybe. When & where could we meet?
Ok fellas, I will start a new thread titled Paignton Bike night 19th Sept http://ducatiforum.co.uk/f29/paignton-bike-night-19th-sept-4701/#post59228
